Day 1: Beijing-Lhasa

Take flight from Beijing to Lhasa in the morning, after arrive in Lhasa, transfer to hotel and rest in hotel in the afternoon. Our tour guide will diner with you to explain this tour.

Day 2: Visit to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street.

Day 3: Visit to Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastey
Some 8km west of central Lhasa is the Drepung, a world's largest monastery with about 10,000 monks. This day starts with a visit to this monastery up on white Slope. Walking up to the hill is a pleasant thing, easy break from the solemn atmosphere in the halls and chapels. On the platform roof slope, you can have very good views of the whole Lhasa city and the distant mountains.
Drepung Monastery in Lhasa is one of the two great Gelugpa monasteries, the other is Sera. About 5 km north of central Lhasa, Sera is not as grandiose as Drepung, but is quiet and surrounded by many small temples. The " debate on Buddhism Scripture " in Sera is very famous.

Day 4: Lhasa - Gyantse

Day 5: Gyantse-Shigatse

Drive about 90km to Shigatse is the second largest city in Tibet. It is also the hometown of Banchen Lama. In the afternoon you will visit the monastery Tashilumpo drop.
Tashilumpo, sprawls on the slops of Mt.Niser, southwest of Shigatse. It covers an area
of approximately 300,000 square meters. There are many valuable and rare historical articles in the monastery.
En route visit Shalu monastery, the building was in 1027. Its architecture is typical of the combination of the Tibetan and Chinese style with arches, carved pillars, built-up roofs and the Song and Yuan style murals.

Day 6: Shigatse - Tingri
Today we drive to Tingri and overnight here. En route visit Sakya Monastery, which in itself the south and north of two parts. It is the typical and even the Yuan Dynasty similar castles. Day 7: Tingri - Rongbuk Monastery , Mt.Everest
Although it is only 100 km from Tingri to Base Camp ( 5200m ), it takes about 4 hours, because the cracked winding roads demand much caution. But the views are stupendous on a clear day, with a huge sweep of Himalayan peaks including more than 8000, Makalu, Lhotse, Everest and Cho Oyu Gyachung. The best time to look is Mt Everest in the early morning and late evening when Everest appears as a goddess in the Sunglow.

Day 8: Everest - Tingri - Zhangmu
It takes about 4 hours on bumpy road to Tingri , then to a further 5 hours Zhangmu. Zhangmu Town is located in the border with Nepal is a very different place from the
others that you see on the way. Throughout the year it is green with rain most of the time . they believe it is from Tibet, if you do not mention, but you are behind China Customs, as it Nepalese Sherpa people and speak a different language here.

Day 9: Zhangmu - Kathmandu
Drive to Friendship Bridge at the border, our tour guide will take you from here to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 10: Kathmandu

After breakfast, visit Bodhanath Stupa, the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world, where we are at the Buddhist monks in the monasteries prayer can watch. Dananch to Pashupatinath, the most famous Hindu temple of country, located on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. Overnight at kathmandu in Hotel.
