Introduction Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in the northwest of China, is praised highly as the "Home of Singing and Dancing" for its unique folk culture and custom. It is a large, sparsely populated province which takes up about one sixth of the country's territory. Xinjiang is adjacent to Gansu, Qinghai Province on the east and Tibet on the south and borders Russia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Mongolia, India, and Afghanistan.

Day1: Arrive in Urumqi Our guide will meet you at Urumqi airport, and transfer you to hotel. On the way, you'll get greeted by this attractive city. After arrive in hotel, rest and acclimatize overnight in Urumqi!
Day2: Urumqi Travel in Urumqi. Full day trip to Heavenly Lake (Tianchi Lake) is situated to the east of the Tianshan Mountain range, north of Bogda Peak, 97 km south of Urumuqi. Known as Yaochi in ancient times, the lake surface elevates 1,910 meters above sea level, with an average depth of 60 meters. Boat for cruise on the Heavenly Lake. Overnight in Urumqi.
Day3: Urumqi Full day trip to Mount Nan Pasture, 80 kilometers from urban area, enjoy the sights of grassland; try the life of people in the grassland, The Terai Camp, A special experience of Kazak nomad life here, have a cup of milk tea and taste some really local food.
Day4: Urumqi-Turpan Take half and two hours drive to Turpan. First visit Thousand Buddha Caves of Tuyuq Valley, It's a treasure trove of Indo-Buddhist art dating from the 4th-8th centuries CE. Despite the depredations of early European explorers, these chapels adorned with their lapis lazuli wall paintings offer us a rare and precious glimpse of early Buddhist arts of the Silk Road. Then visit Gaochang Ancient City, The city's name means 'the King City'. It was founded during the first century B.C. and abandoned during the 15th century. Then to visit Astana Tombs, it is located in the Gobi Desert in the north of Gaochang, 40 kilometers away from Turpan city.
Day5: Turpan-Urumqi We will visit Suleiman’s Minaret, Karez Well, and Grape Valley in Turpan.And after that we drive back to Urumqi! Overnight in Urumqi
Day6: Departure Leave Urumqi. Pack your luggage and get ready for leaving. The guide will transfer you to the airport, and help you board the plane.
